San Vito Lo Capo. You will have held since 14 to 19 on july, to San Vito Lo Capo, the seventh edition of the SiciliAmbiente documentary film festival directed by Anthony Bellia and devoted to the thematic environmental and social. Inside the review, that will alternate him among two different rooms (one in beach and the other in the garden of the building La Porta her center of the Commune), debates, meetings with directors, photographic shows, workshop.
The SiciliAmbiente documentary Film Festival articulates in six sections, among documentaries, short films, animation, "mobile courts", brief cinema for children and the non competitive section "The job", organized in collaboration with the audiovisual file of the movement worker and democrat. Eleven the anticipated prizes, three the juries that will decide the winners of the seventh edition.On everybody, that for the international contest of the short films and the animations is composed from the actors Isabella Ragonese and Paul Briguglia and from the critic cinema Franco Marineo.
The festival is realized with the contribution of the Sicilian Region, assessorato Tourism, sport and show - special office for the cinema and the audiovisual one / Sicily Filmcommission, from the harp Sicily (regional Agency for the protection of the environment) and promoted by the Commune of San Vito Lo Capo, from the Demetra productions and from the association cultural Yard 7. Among the so many initiatives, also the show "African migrants risk it all" of Giles Clarke, devoted to the theme of the immigration.
