THE COMPETITION IS THE JURY
Chefs come by the whole world risk in an atmosphere of great joy and solidarity.
They will be 10 the Countries participants to the 18° edition of the Cous cous Fest 2015: Morocco, Tunisia, Senegal, Israel, Palestine, Italy, France, USA, Mauritius and Brazil.
This year to the Cous Cous Fest we will assist to two Competitions: The Italian Championship of Cous Cous and the Cous Cous World Championship.
Two the Juries that will appraise the various interpretations of the Couscous the Technical jury presided by the Chef Two stars Michelin, Claudio Sadler and the popular jury to which you can participate the public simply paying a Ticket.
The technical jury is composed from: Sonia Peronaci chef and blogger, Giancarlo Morelli chef, different Italian and foreign journalists among which Mark Mangiarotti de "The Day", Carla Icardi manager of Great kitchen magazine, Michael Day correspondent in Italy of the daily paperThe Indipendent, Roberta Schira writer and gourmet and Susan Engelstoft free lances and Danish author of books.The Italian Championship of Cous Cous Bia will have been held since 19 to September 20 and to challenge him to win the title of Good Italian Chefs of the Cous Cous Fest they will be 6 chefs professionals coming from Italy. The winning chef will drive the Italian team in the international gastronomic Competition.
The Cous Cous World Championship is naturally the moment more attended of the long kermesse and will have been held since 23 to September 26. In these days the kitchens of San Vito Lo Capo they will become the melting pot of the culinary languages coming from the whole world and at the end you will be proclaimed the winning Country of the Cous Cous Fest 2015.
THE GASTRONOMIC VILLAGE
